Shopping Information

What's the cost of shipping?

Subscription boxes ship free. Other store items' shipping rates are based on weight by the carrier. You have the option to select your preferred shipping method and carrier at checkout.

When will you ship my order?
If you order a subscription today, your first candle will ship within 2 weeks. After that all orders will ship based on subscription. All other store orders ship within 2-5 business days.
How long will it take to arrive?
Items typically take 4-10 business days to arrive once shipped.Β Due to carrier delays, please be patient with shipping services. Tracking will be provided by email once your order ships.
Where do you ship?
We offer our products to residents in the USA.

Payment Information

Do I have to pay sales tax?
Tax amounts are based on your shipping location and vary by county. Our website automatically calculates sales tax when you enter a shipping location.
When will I be charged?
Your accounts will be charged within 24 hours of completing checkout.

Orders and Subscription Management

How can I check my order status?
First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click β€œMy Account” at the top of the page. When you login, you’ll see a list of recent orders. Here, you can cancel an order, view, or pay. You may not cancel orders after they have been shipped.
Can I change my subscription?
Sure! First, create a store account by clicking here. Make sure to use the email address you used on your initial order. After creating a new store account, login and click "Subscriptions". From there, you may skip a month, pause your boxes, cancel or reactivate your subscription. You can also access "Subscriptions" from your order confirmation email.
Can I gift a candle subscription?
Yes! Please make sure to use the shipping address for the gift recipient when checking out. If you would also like your giftee to receive email notifications regarding the subscription, please use their email address at checkout. You can always change the email address associated with the subscription by logging in and clicking β€œManage Subscription”.
How do I track an order?
After your shipping label has been printed, you'll receive an email from us with tracking information. You may also obtain a tracking number by clicking β€œOrder History” in the "My Accounts" links section. Once you sign in, you will see an order status and a tracking number.
The Candle of the Month ClubΒ includes a seasonal candle in our signature matte jar and a box of matches. The Lux Candle Club Box includes a seasonal candle in our clear glass tumbler and a box of matches. The Bespoke Candle Club Box includes a seasonal candle in a unique vessel and exclusive aroma, a travel candle in a complimenting aroma and a box of matches.Β
